Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Art Bar! By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, booking a private event, or participating in any workshop hosted by The Art Bar LLC ("The Art Bar," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

Prices, event details, locations, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change.

• You may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your original booking for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than one (1) week before the scheduled event are non-refundable.

If The Art Bar must cancel or reschedule an event, participants will receive the option of:

  • a full refund,

  • transferring to another workshop, or

  • receiving event credit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Workshops begin promptly.

Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and The Art Bar cannot guarantee additional instruction for late participants.

4. Participant Conduct

To provide an enjoyable experience for everyone, participants agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, hosts, and other guests respectfully.

  • Follow all safety instructions.

  • Respect the host venue's policies.

  • Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.

The Art Bar reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

5. Alcohol Policy

Some workshops are hosted at breweries, wineries, restaurants, coffee shops, or other venues that serve alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated in the event description.

Guests choosing to consume alcohol are responsible for doing so responsibly.

Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

The Art Bar does not serve alcohol unless properly licensed to do so.

6. Minors

Certain workshops may be open to participants under the age of 18.

A parent or legal guardian must complete all required registration information and any required waiver or release on behalf of the minor.

Some workshops may require adult supervision.

The Art Bar reserves the right to establish age restrictions for individual events.

7. Health & Safety

Participants agree to notify staff of any conditions that may affect safe participation.

Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors during the workshop.

Anyone participating while impaired or behaving in an unsafe manner may be asked to leave without refund.

8. Photography & Social Media

The Art Bar may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes.

By attending, participants consent to the use of photographs or video in marketing materials, social media, and on our website unless they have submitted a written request to opt out before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

Workshop designs, instructional materials, logos, branding, graphics, and website content remain the property of The Art Bar LLC.

No materials may be reproduced, copied, or sold without written permission.

10. Private Events

Private event bookings may require a deposit.

Final guest counts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms will be outlined in the private event agreement.

11. Assumption of Risk

Participation in creative workshops involves the use of paints, adhesives, clay, wood-burning tools, scissors, glass containers, sharp objects, and other crafting materials.

By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to exercise reasonable care.

Participants also agree to complete The Art Bar's Liability Waiver prior to participating.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, The Art Bar LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, independent contractors, affiliates, partner venues, landlords, and event hosts shall not be liable for:

  • personal injury;

  • illness;

  • allergic reactions;

  • property damage;

  • theft;

  • lost personal belongings;

  • delays;

  • cancellations;

  • or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Website & Online Purchases

We strive to keep all information accurate.

Occasionally, pricing errors, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues may occur.

The Art Bar reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel purchases resulting from obvious mistakes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Art Bar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
