I understand that photographs and video may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, I grant The Art Bar LLC permission to use photographs or video in which I appear for marketing, advertising, social media, and website purposes without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed. I understand I must notify The Art Bar upon arrival, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor my request.

By signing this Agreement, I grant The Art Bar LLC permission to use photographs or video in which the minor appears for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and promotional materials without compensation.
