Host Venue Agreement
This Agreement is entered into on __________ between The Art Bar LLC (“The Art Bar”) and ________________________ (“Venue”).

Venue Will Provide
Tables for 16, chairs for 16, electrical access, and access to the building by 2:00pm for setup.
A staff member(s) to be available for coffee and ice cream purchases for up to 25 guests. Each guest is being provided a ticket for 1 cup of coffee ($6 value) so we will need to take into account providing these coffees in a timely fashion during the 2 hour event.
The Venue agrees to identify any areas, furniture, surfaces, or equipment that require special care or are off-limits prior to the event.
The Art Bar Will Provide
Workshop materials, instructors, setup and cleanup of Art Bar materials, marketing, ticket sales, customer communication, and participant registration. The Art Bar will collect the $6 per coffee and provide that to Drift Café at the close of the event.
Registration & Marketing
The Art Bar will be responsible for marketing and promoting the event, selling tickets through The Art Bar website, managing customer registration and payments, and collecting participant liability waivers before the event.
The Venue grants The Art Bar permission to use its business name, logo, address, website, and publicly available business information solely for the purpose of promoting this event.
The Art Bar may photograph the workshop for promotional purposes. The Venue grants permission for photographs of the event space and décor to be used in connection with marketing this event and future workshops.
Liability
Each party is responsible for its own employees, property, business operations, and acts of negligence. The Venue is responsible for maintaining a safe premises and for complying with applicable laws related to its business operations, including alcohol service if offered. The Art Bar is responsible for conducting the workshop in a safe and professional manner and for providing participant liability waivers and parental consent forms where applicable.
The Art Bar will make every reasonable effort to protect the Venue and its property during setup, the workshop, and cleanup. Because art activities may involve paints, glues, stains, clay, water, and other creative materials, minor spills or accidental messes may occasionally occur despite reasonable precautions. The Art Bar agrees to clean its workspace upon completion of the event and to promptly notify the Venue of any accidental damage.
Insurance: Each party is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage it deems appropriate for its own business operations. Upon reasonable request, either party may provide proof of applicable insurance.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel this Agreement by providing a 30 day written notice. In the event of severe weather, emergency, or circumstances beyond either party’s control, both parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule whenever possible. In the event that we do not meet a reasonable minimum attendance within 5 days of the event, The Art Bar will contact the venue to discuss the option to continue with the event or plan to reschedule.
