Participant Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Media Consent

By registering for or participating in a workshop, class, event, or private party hosted by The Art Bar LLC ("The Art Bar"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in arts and crafts activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, splinters, allergic reactions, slips, falls, the use of tools or art materials, and other unforeseen injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge The Art Bar LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, event hosts, venue owners, landlords, sponsors, and any partnering businesses hosting the event ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Host Venue Release

I understand that many workshops are held at independently owned businesses such as coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, wineries, studios, or other venues. I agree to release and hold harmless both The Art Bar LLC and the host venue, along with their owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

Alcohol Acknowledgment

Some events may take place at venues where alcoholic beverages are available for purchase or consumption. If I choose to consume alcohol, I do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions. I understand that The Art Bar does not require alcohol consumption as part of any workshop and is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from my consumption of alcohol.

Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have this agreement accepted by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes responsibility for the minor's participation and agrees to the terms of this Release on the minor's behalf. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult whenever required by the event description or The Art Bar.

Health & Personal Responsibility

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the workshop and will notify an instructor of any condition, allergy, or limitation that may affect my participation. I agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and venue rules during the event.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising from my own negligent or intentional acts or omissions during my participation.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Agreement

By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability, understand its contents, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
